1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SuccessBuds, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access SuccessBuds for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SuccessBuds
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Annual Access Plans

SuccessBuds offers annual access plans for grades 1-5 (CBSE and ICSE boards):

• Annual access is a one-time payment, non-recurring
• Valid until April 30th, 2026
• All sales are final - no refunds after payment
• Access is limited to the purchased grade and board

5. Test Content and Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate test questions and content, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of all content on SuccessBuds. Tests are provided "as is" for educational purposes only.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

The content on SuccessBuds, including tests, questions, and materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Disclaimer

The materials on SuccessBuds are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SuccessBuds or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SuccessBuds.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
